This Post Secret will always be the most truthful that I’ve ever seen.
The Tree of Life
When you finally get through the long line to enter into Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and you go around the photo center or the stroller rental you are faced with the gigantic Tree of Life.
This tree is in what is considered the center of the park, and when you get closer to it you realize that animals are carved into the whole tree, as if they were petrified into the wood and became a part of it. It’s gorgeous to look at!
The 14-story-tall Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom is a man-made tree which is 145 feet high and stretches 170 feet across at the root base. A team of 20 artists carved 325 beautiful animal figures in the tree trunk. That’s not all. The multicolored leaves adorning the tree- 103,000 in all - were attached by hand. We spent a bit of time trying to take it all in, but I still didn’t feel as if I got nearly enough time with it.
I took this one below especially for Bat. Enjoy!
Some day, I’ll have the Tree of Life tattooed on me. Not this one, but one just for me.
